Vest is soft and cute !
I purchased Ellie Puffer Vest M size for cool and windy weather , my weight is 140 lbs , it’s runs true to size , but a little bit towards to smaller, I may keep it and wear with thin tops, I think next size would be too roomy for me. Vest is soft and cute !
