Moon Glow Milky Toning Lotion

Surprisingly good

I was surprised that the results here were so clear. I need way less moisturizer than usual just from using this consistently. I don't see a lot of exfoliating but I do see hydration

Goes in matte but then the glow comes after putting on moisturizer. I put it directly on palm and tap into face.

Milky Toner

I want to like this toner, maybe the toner is too heavy for my skin during the warmer months in the south, so I will try it again during the colder months.
