Ole' Bourbon Trail

Delish !

This is another hit at my home for marinating in olive oil or truffle oil with a steak. My favorites are this, Bourbon Maple Rub and Bourbon Steak Dust. It is ironic that I don't like to drink Bourbon.

Discovered this rub about three years ago while on a family vacation near Newport. I decided to use iton my ribs for a local smoking competition and that year I won hands down with close to a perfect score. It is very balanced with spices and the fresh no preservative aspect keeps the bold flavors of all of the individual ingredients popping and flowing taking you on a journey with every bite.

Ole' Bourbon Trail is my go to spice blend. I use it on just about everything. It has just enough bite.
