Pinnacle 12 Liter Hydration Race Vest

Seems like it'll be a great long-distance water vest. The only small issue I have is that I think it may be too tight (based on their measurements for perfect fit online). I measured my chest a few times, and either I can't measure my chest right, or a M is too small for a 39-42 chest. I know it says it's supposed to "fit like a tight t-shirt," but if this was a t-shirt it wouldn't be letting me breathe deep, which seems too tight. Also curious if the stitching holds up. After two runs, some spots seem to be fraying just a little bit

Ive only run with it twice so far, but having run woth other brands I appreciate the fit and how it rides as you run. Great so far!
