PLM Power Driven High Flow Performance Metallic Catalytic Converter

Where is this and why am i still paying for it

got it for my celica inplace of some random ebay cat, its small in person and made my car really raspy. Probably fine to help with exhaust fumes on a straight piped V8 you still want really loud. But makes the exhaust tone alot less deep on my lil 4 cylinder. had to take it off after a couple weeks. Exhaust flow felt the same cant guarantee more or less flow
