Above 5 star service. I struggled with my vest. After 6 days of dog training and 3 days of hunting it occurred to me it was just too big. Jake and Nate worked with me and sent me the next size down without any charges or paperwork. They just said “try it, we want you to be happy “. I was simply in between sizes. I ordered an xxl but needed an xl. I have now hunted it for 3 days and trained dogs roughly 15 days. The vest is wonderful. Be aware when they say it’s “technical” you could swap that out for “complicated”. Read all the instructions and watch the videos. Once I figured out all the details I have really enjoyed it. The vest is like a good backpack redesigned for bird hunters. They took my original vest (in used condition) back without cost to me. I was impressed with their service. At first I found the shell pockets to be a bit small for my XL hands. When I started using the shell loops instead of just dumping shells into the pockets they worked well. I have been hunting pheasants for over 50 years, training Labs for over 40. I have top of the line vests from most of the big brand names. This is the most expensive vest I own and easily worth every penny. It is always in the back of my truck next to the dog crate. The others hang on hooks in the barn.

I have been looking at this upland vest for quite some time but got the opportunity to try it on at the 2026 Pheasant Fest. I ended up ordering the vest, 2 water bottle pouches, an ammo pouch and a shell box pouch. The vest and all the accessories are very well made. Take the time to move the straps and pouches to different positions try it on and re-adjust. After approximately 1/2 hour, the vest fit perfectly with all the pouches and water bottles within easy reach. Looking forward to getting out in the field this year and put it to the test.
