Perfect, after my first item went missing, customer services were prompt in their investigation and resending ensuring it was not left outside again.

I haven't received my order and it's been a month. I order dozens of packages from all over the world also recently and I have never had a problem with a package arriving in Israel. The package has been stuck in the same place for a long time, the fact that the order has been in the same condition for almost a month, It is possible that my order was deliberately tampered and I will probably never receive it. Where is the limit for how long I should wait? I order a large and expensive order I would like to check an option for financial compensation.
