I did a lot of research before buying the cafelat robot, and I couldn't be happier. After a couple of weeks, I am consistently extracting really good shots (and I am no barista). We use a commondante grinder, and once that is dialed in you are on your way. I like doing things manually so this is the best. Thank you Alternative Brewing Team...was so worth purchasing.

Cafelat Robot - Great after tweaking

Coffee was not as good as my DeLonghi automatic machine UNTIL a bit of guidance from AB support. I found the secret knob inside my grinder to get the grind finer than what I had with the machine. I’ve also switched from supermarket whole beans to fresh roasted medium beans from a local roaster and its made a huge difference, With a whopping 20g per cup I am now getting the best tasting smooth coffee ever and can easily taste the flavour differences between various roasts. Easy cleanup too. Thank you AB.
