Good filter but doesn’t work well with my profitec

This filter works great in its own right. Sadly it is going into a profitec group which had a stock ridged basket. Unfortunately the basket kept getting stuck in to the shower mesh and coming out easily of the portafilter so not able to use. Other portafilters might suit ridgeless better

I spoke with someone online to ensure this product fitted with my sunbeam barista max coffee machine and we both did some research and ensured it did fit. The attend was very confident in the fit and suggest the 18g size. The fit is very very tight but none the less it does fit and there has been no issues so far. I am a little concerned with how tight it fits into the Machine compared to the original basket that came with the machine but the extraction hasn't changed and it doesn't leak or seem to be of any damage to the machine as far as I can see at the moment. Very knowledgeable staff to help and the chat service is not a robot and it someone who knows what they are doing. Will continue to use products from here.

works better than the standard basket that came with the machine. Tapping out the puck is also way easier.
