Makes nice coffee but has issues

Great service and delivery times from alternative brewing, but the product itself is hit and miss. I love the "set and forget" approach; no tap to adjust, just fill it up and leave it alone. It makes nice tasting and smooth batches of coffee but the issue is the consistency of the process. Sometimes it works 100%, but other times, when I empty out the grounds, 2/3 of the grounds in the middle of the chamber are bone dry and have been missed by the water. I have tried pre-soaking the grounds for a few minutes, wetting them, adding a paper disc and then wetting them …with some success, some of the time. I will continue to trial different setups until I find one that works for me, but overall I would say to keep your options open to other products.

Good value cold brew

Took a bit of trial and error in getting the right grind and volume but all in all, great purchase. Took a star off as I think the Lid should be included in the pack. It's a necessary part of the filter.
