Clips on easily, wipes off easily, does a great job of telling the temp ;) we use this in our hand frother and it’s so helpful because the milk changes in no noticeable way so we’d definitely burn it otherwise. Whip it off the stove, swap temp probe for mesh frother attachment and all done!
