Yoga Studio The Grip Mini Knee Mat Pad

Got it for inversion practice and it’s very good, even better than expected. Green is a lovely colour. It also come with a little strap which I didn’t know about; found it when I was breaking the box up for recycling! Delivery was also super fast.

Love this little mat - only used 3 times so far and it’s great for my hands stopping them slipping and perfect for a bit of grip in shoulder stands. I’m sure it’ll help in many more poses in my practice. And it’s purple! Matches the rest of my yoga toys.

Really wonderful grippy surface that's also kind on the elbows. I use it as extra cushioning for my hands/elbows during workouts rather than yoga, and it's exactly what I wanted. The only thing I've found is it comes rolled quite tightly and I have issues with one side curling up - I've been weighting it down all the time when not in use, but I think if you want to roll it up and store it after each use then the mat will never lie flat.
