The sandal is very tight where the lower part of the band that goes across the toes/front of foot is connected to the bed of the shoe on the inside - so near the edge of my arch of my foot but the end closest to my toes (versus the edge of my arch near the heel of my foot). I assume this tightness is purposeful since the leather will stretch? It's pretty uncomfortable and I'm not sure how I will build up tolerance for it.

Happy with my sandals with a small caveat
I am really happy with the quality and aesthetics of my sandals, however the front part I think is so roomy that my feet slide forward and it looks odd. I found if I use moleskin tape inside I am slowly resolving it. I think it will be good long term once the tape gets the right mold on the front foot.
