I purchased purchased this for Canada Day. There is no better time to show how proud I am to live in the best country in the World! I took off one star because I haven't actually used it yet. Wonderful that it is made by a Canadian living in the U. S.

I am extremely disappointed ; I ordered from Canada, Vancouver; the package reached Vancouver customs but LUG never provided the brokerage release and the package was sent back to the sender. never got it and the LUG Customer Service just issued a refund, no offer to send immediately by courier even though I mentioned I was leaving on a vacation and waited already three weeks for the bag to arrive and planned my trip belongings accordingly; now I have to pivot and I am very sad because I really like the backpack.
