I had a nose bleed a few days after receiving my Nampons. Normally it would take several hours and multiple tissues shredded and stuck up my nose. I just wish this product was available in 1995 when my husband was having terrible nose bleeds during the night. Had to replace pillows several times. This product is a blessing.

Have just used it once but they do seem to work as advertised.
