I have another enclosure from a competitor that's oriented like this and is heavy by comparison. This sits in my lap comfortably and the matte gloss is smooth. I recommend putting the grips on the bottoms over the legs.

Great Customer Service!

I reached out to Eternal Rivals to inquire about custom button layout, to make a more ergonomic design. I love fighting games but was having a lot of wrist pain with the close hand placement. This made me worried about not being able to enjoy my passion for longer than 30 minutes. Eternal Rivals was great to work with. During the process, they sent me several ideas and templates to make a spread out layout. The process was stress-free. They did an amazing job designing and I appreciated the effort they put forward.
