Great quality, many options and the best customer support.

I had some minor delivery issues due to the parcel service, but that shouldn't reflect on the high-quality parts offered here. When the package finally arrived, everything was securely packed and properly laid out. The parts look amazing, and the instructions were very easy to follow. A quick tip for other builders (or just my own mistake): I had to wait for my buttons and lever to arrive, and unfortunately, the clear acrylic plates got a bit scratched and dusty while I was trying to store them safely. I'd definitely recommend leaving the protective film on the acrylic until all your parts are ready for assembly to avoid this. Putting it together had a few minor hurdles. The enclosure currently doesn't feel entirely secure and one side is squeaking, so I likely missed a step and will need to take it apart to rebuild the side panels. Additionally, the top panel can get quite slippery when it's hot and your hands start to sweat. Because there isn't a ton of wrist/arm space, this caused me to miss a few inputs during heated sessions. On the other side Because I got a Custom Extended Sega 2p Layout the positioning of my arms and wrist etc. (without the sweat problem) was just so comfortable and especially the position of the aux buttons as well. I also noticed that when wiring the aux buttons on the top panel, the Brook 20-pin cable stuck out just a tiny bit, but fortunately, the bottom panel still fits perfectly over it. Overall, almost all of my complaints are situational or down to personal preference. If you take your time and assemble it properly, you won't have these issues. The quality, price, and customer service are absolutely amazing. I can highly recommend Eternal Rival cases to anyone, especially with such a wide variety of options!

Maybe my favorite case for a stick

It's long and got good weight so it doesn't move around a lot even without the option for additional plates or foam padding on the bottom. The only semi negative thing I will say is 1000% get a switch for the home start and select buttons if you're getting 1 on top like I did. It looks great and I love having it there, but it's so easy to press accidentally if you're just using Sanwas or Seimitsus (I have Sanwas with springs inside) Overall I'd recommend this case and if I wasn't trying to get different cases for all my sticks (just to try them and see how they feel in comparison) I'd get this for my next one too

Pleased with the product

Overall I am pleased with the enclosure. Instructions were detailed and parts went together easily. The side panels for the USB pass through seemed to be cut slightly off as the outside panel did not line up correctly. It is close enough to work and I am pleased with the end result.
