The right amount of weight and it fits around my whole wrist. I’m pretty sure it’ll fit around anyone’s. It’s not too overwhelming on my wrist.

They really work

Started with 4 rounds on the heavy bag and felt the difference on the double end. Switched to 2 rounds on the heavy bag with the gauntlet and two without the gauntlet on the heavy bag and still felt improvement in speed.
