Hate them

I picked up a pair of Rival hand wraps and a mouth guard, and I’m pretty disappointed with the quality. The Rival logo on the wraps was already half peeled off right out of the package, and the mouth guard feels extremely loose and doesn’t fit securely even after trying it properly. I was expecting better quality, especially for boxing gear. I’d appreciate either a replacement or a refund for the damaged/defective items. Please let me know how this can be resolved.
