Love the POP and feedback these gloves give. Very comfortable, theyre a tighter fitting glove, a more modern take on the old-school bag mitts. Mainly use on a 150lbs bag. Feels great. 5'8. 225lbs. 10% bodyfat. Went with the Large. I have "thicker hands" will be also purchasing the XL size. NOT a sparring glove.
