Works great, & has other applications!

I have previously installed this exact same unit in my father-in-law's 2008 F-150. Through research, I found that my 2007 Grand Marquis uses the same type dual hi/lo headlight bulb. I took the plunge to try this unit on my 2007 Grand Marquis, as it also has foglamps that disengage when high beams are on. It works PERFECTLY! One caveat is that the factory fog connectors for that year F-150 and Grand Marquis/Crown Vic are different. You can do 1 of 2 things: 1) Buy 2-wire terminal connectors (2 male and 2 female) from the auto parts store and splice them in line on both the factory fog connector ends and the BriteBox ends as adaptors. I did it this way in order to preserve the factory connectors. Otherwise, 2) You have to cut either the car's connectors or the BriteBox connectors to create a clean connection. In the end, both my Grand Marquis and the F-150 are super awesome bright now! Thanks!
