Comparison

Can't wait to try this series and compare it to my GLoomis NRX for Drop Shots. Now for some soft water up here in MI.

Rod rating

The rod is listed as a fast action but seems to me to be extra fast. Every little fish strained the rod like it was a 5 lb fish. I was hoping to use it for dropshotting and i will, but will have to get another rod with more backbone. I am comparing this rod to a 6’10” GLoomis dropshot rod and the action for this rod is much faster.
