Broken rod

The rod was broke when delivered. I sent and email to you all and was told I would hear back within 24 hours but still nothing back. Just hoping I can get the rod replaced due to it being broke when it was delivered.

Absolutely loving the Defender Soleus Combo! Works great for pitching/ flipping jigs. I however have had a great time throwing weightless senkos all the way across the pond! The touch and sensitivty is just right! Hopefully the Soleus Xcs gets the defender treatment soon!
