I did not like this mascara due to the formula. Gets very messy and never fully dries down

Mascara

The mascara is terrible , the brush inside is flat and the product is clumpy and appears to be old. Cannot apply the mascara because of the flat condition of the brush I have previously purchased this mascara from a beauty supplier in Canada and had no issues with it.
