CCM Step Steel SB4 Blacksteel Runners

Blades themselves are good after a re-sharpening. Guy at the local skate shop said they hardly had a hollow on them. Paid for 1 day shipping and they came quite a while later too. I wouldn’t blame Tydan for that though.

I needed new blades for my oldish boots and Ty and Troy at Tydan were very helpful. I randomly choose a new profile, but after consulting with Troy, he recommended a different profile and a new grind. He said it may take a few sessions to get used to it, but after 2 sessions on the ice, getting very comfortable with it. Scored a couple of goal in the first game using the new profile (as a defenseman, I don't score a lot, but when I'm on the ice, the other team doesn't either :-)). I've already recommended Tydan to a couple of guys in my league. Thanks guys.
