Organic Ancient Grain Sourdough Noodles

Great Flavor!

I loved how flavorful these noodles were. Tasted great when prepared in a variety of different ways. I strugged with the stickiness, though.

Needs more development time

Noodles broke apart and cooked with clumps even after stirring - need some product development time. Taste is good and nutty, just looks like 2 inch noodle strips when cooked as directed.

Exceptional Flavor and texture.

I love the ramen and noodles. They are truly exceptional and have a terrific texture. Not as filling as typical wheat noodles.
