I've always enjoyed Firas' podcasts and video breakdowns, he's got a great way of breaking down complex subjects and making them tangible for even young or inexperienced students. It's like getting a phD in all the ins and outs of top side control. The concepts break down into simple mechanics and can be instantly used to dominate your opponents. I love this kind of stuff because it makes so much sense you can use it immediately.
