Disappointed After High Hopes

I was genuinely impressed by your marketing on social media, which is why I ordered the Scrubba Wash Bag even though I live in Russia. Getting your product delivered here was extremely challenging — I ended up paying almost double the price, covering both the item and shipping, waiting a long time, and dealing with customs paperwork. The bag literally flew to me through 3 different countries. That’s why it was incredibly disappointing to discover a small tear at the bottom the very first time I filled it with water. Since I’m on the other side of the world, returning it isn’t really an option, and I honestly don’t know what to do now. I was excited to try it, but this experience left me quite upset.

Took this on a three week trip around Europ. The first two weeks we were fortunate and had washing machines, the last week we didn't, and I used the scrubba to keep us in clean underwear through the journey home. Even managed a few pairs of jeans. Thanks!

I've only used it once, and it worked well

I bought the Scrubba Untouched because I have a few shirts that are handwash only. After washing the shirts the traditional handwashing way, I thought there had to be a better approach, so I gave this a try and I am very pleased.
