Brightr® 100% Silk 22 momme pillowcase

Beautiful pillow case!

Absolutely love the antique pink colour of this pillow case, it works perfectly in my daughters bedroom! I love the fact the pillow case has a zip and the silk you use seems to be soft but durable. I’ve put it in with cotton bedding by mistake before and no harm done (I’ve made this mistake with other silk pillow cases and they have disintegrated!) Great all round.

Bought these for my daughter and she said they are better than ones she used previously. Very happy with purchase.

Took too long for delivery. Terrible customer Service. When asked to return the new and unused silk pillow cases on the same day they were received, I was advised I could not return them as I had opened the box (which was not sealed). I explained that on viewing the silk pillow cases, I could see that the point where the zip opening started, that they would not fit. When I pointed out my consumer rights to return new and unused items, I was advised that if I returned them I may only get a partial refund. In the end I had to ask for assistance from PayPal and thankfully got my money back, although out of pocket for £7.95 for signed for return postage. I would totally avoid ordering from this company, as you may face the same situation.
