My first pair were too tight, I sent them back and requested a 1/2 size larger. The fit is now perfect. I was very impressed by the customer service and support feedback. I was notified when my return was received & when my replacements shipped out . Turn around time was less than a week! The boots are beautifully made, although very heavy.
