Didn't work for my application

I'm looking for some arch supports for Cowboy Boots (that was my Google search criteria), but these are ridgid to the point where they won't flex downward where the boot curves down. So it leaves a gap under your foot and keeps it elevated off the boot itself.

I ordered the regular easyfit insoles and I received slim ones. The company recognized the error and quickly shipped me the correct insole !!
