Mp5 mount is too small

I recently purchased two mounts one for an MP5 and one for an A.R. The Mp5 mount needs to be enlarged. I mounted this in a lockbox for my truck and when I attach the firearm to the the mount it wobbles and shakes around. When I’m driving normally the gun sways so much that the ends touch and scratch not only the gun but the inside of the box.
