Next Generation Eye Base Primer

The primer felt grainy, and I was disappointed with its appearance on my eyelids. Because of this, I decided not to proceed with applying eyeshadow, so I can’t comment on how well the primer held the color or eyeshadow. I’m also disappointed with the company’s return policy. I was unable to receive a refund simply because I had tested the product. I understand that the product had been opened and tested, but I feel that customers should have the opportunity to try a product and still be eligible for a refund if they are dissatisfied with its quality.

Applies beautifully! Keeps my eyes looking bright all day - with or without shadow!

A must have!

Looks great on its own without eyeshadow! Gives a finished look. Under eyeshadow it gives the colors a nice base for smooth, even coverage.
