Kangaroo Marionette (Jumbo - 26")

I was excited to receive this marionette as a present for my daughter’s birthday, but it arrived defective right out of the box. One of the strings was completely detached from the foot; it looks like the string loop was missed entirely during the sewing process. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. I emailed the company to resolve the issue, but I have received no response or assistance. It’s disappointing to receive a flawed product, but the complete lack of customer service makes it much worse.
