paint by numbers kit One Piece Luffy

I ordered this as a Christmas gift on the 16th of Dec. and received it on the 3rd of January. The canvas came packaged in a box folded with heavy creases in the artwork. I was disappointed to say the least. I ironed it out the best I could to prevent a transfer of the paint by numbers imprint from coming off. I know it should have been rolled and packaged in a cylinder for delivery.
