Blending with solvent- very informative and well worth watching!

This video with Judith Selcuk was very informative and learned a lot about technique and smooth blending with solvent. Have never been good at using solvent, but Judith explains everything so expertly and my project actually came out close to what it was supposed to look like!

Solvent class

I didn’t realize this was a class oriented to making a cp drawing, so most of the 90 minute session was taken up with that. I wanted to learn techniques and tips for using solvents, and I did get some new information, but most of what I found useful could have been done in a 15 minute demo. I will be more aware going forward of whether a class is mostly what is essentially a “paint along” before buying the video.

Solvent solutions

Very good. Using the jar with a sponge was very helpful as well as learning what kind of brushes and paper to use.
