Upton boots

We’re a lovely boot but too big for my calves

Beautiful boots, sadly height did not work out

These boots are absolutely gorgeous. The leather is strong, high quality, and well structured unlike the flimsy leather you see on other boots these days. The shape is lovely and they are overall classic and beautiful. I so wish they would have worked out as they are exactly what I was looking for in terms of quality and aesthetics. However, they are a bit narrow in the feet, I think with wear they would stretch but I'd love for boots to have a bit more room. The calf width fit me, it was snug so I don't know if they would work with jeans and I'd prefer a wider calf ideally. The shaft height was too tall as well, I'm 5'5" and they were about 1-2cm too long. They were fine when I was standing but if I bent my knees the boot cut into the back of my knee and I could only bend them to a certain point. I do have short legs and a longer torso though so this could just be my body type. If Fairfax made petite boots with short shaft heights I'd purchase several pairs of them in different colours! It's so hard to find this quality these days! If you are a bit taller or have longer legs you should be fine with these boots :)

Size 43

Lovely boots in a size 43 Literally no one else sells them in that dize love my other 2 pairs of ankle boots also Only criticism is I rang 6 shops then gave in and whent direct to buy them I get I'm a size 43 But for that money I would like the same shopping experience as everyone else has but sadly I pay upfront before even trying them on after waiting 2 or3 days for them to be delivered then I have to be available to answer the door and accept the boots that is not the service I want from a shoe clothes shop
