My first/original order said it arrived and was left at my garage (I do not have a garage or carport) but the delivery company didn’t leave it at my house… no fault of Toadfish. I called Toadfish and said that I didn’t receive my order and that I had checked with my neighbors and none of them had received it. So Toadfish replaced my entire order and filed the lost order claim with the carrier instead of making me do it. This is excellent customer service!

The quality and feel of this product are outstanding. You can tell a lot of thought went into its design and construction. The materials feel premium, the craftsmanship is excellent, and it performs exactly as expected. It's refreshing to find a product that is both well-made and thoughtfully designed. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
