If I ever come upon an accident, with injuries, at least I have the basic supplies to help a potential victim. The kit is very sturdy (waterproof box) and well thought out. I added a couple of extra items (quickclot, another tourniquet, basic bandaids and 6mil nitrogloves and a pulse-O2-ecg finger, for basic assessment).

Watertight blow molded case with an o-ring seal to protect the kit on the inside. Great for boating or just throwing in the cab of your rig.

Flimsy scissors, no organization in the carrier box. Cheaply put together for $280. Very disappointed.
