Good lightweight speed rope

Haven’t tried skipping since the kids were small but thought I would give this a punt as it was on offer. Bit taken aback when first opened the package: small handles and skinny line. Once I’d mastered the length and given a few spins I soon found it worked far better than expected. Everything spins easily and accurately and I really feel it aids a good cardio and sensory workout that can be done as often as you feel able - any time, anywhere.

Great quality

Ordered the kids gymnastics bar for my Daughter. Quailty product and very easy to assemble. Ive even had a go myself and I weigh 100kgs.Also ordered a skipping rope and resistance bands for myself. Again the quality of those items is also excellent. Delivery was very quick too. Will definetly be ordering more items in the future
