Millie Diamond Cuff Band

This band is very cheap looking in person. It looks like plastic on a kids costume not at all what I was expecting. Not worth the money and so far the costumer service is stalling on response to my refund request. They’re asking the most ridiculous questions about sending them pictures of the item etc. They know what item I have so these hang ups are also red flags. I’ll give it a few days then report this store to shop if not resolved.
