Beautiful Dress

I believe this dress runs about a size small. I wear a 22 normally and while the 22 fit on a trial, it was tight at the part that goes around the “waist” - going to a 24 it’s big on the top but small alterations will make it fit well there. The waist was a lot more flattering and true to photo.
