Manchego Cheese with Truffle by weight

The two stars is for packaging and shipping. The cheese itself was just ok due to the temperature issues. I am sure otherwise it would be fantastic. When I got my order it was all warm inside the box. The ONE icepack didn't do anything. The grease from the cheese seeped through the cellophane wrap due to the temperature in the package. Maybe a Styrofoam box with icepacks inside might help next time. Also being on the road for almost four full days might not help the situation. It was supposed to be express shipping ($30).
