Hazelnut | The Cosy Car Seat

The product itself appears to be of good quality, however my experience with customer service was frustrating. I was encouraged to switch from the Puffer Car Seat to the Cosy Car Seat based on the company’s recommendation. After receiving the Cosy, I wanted to compare it with the Puffer before deciding which was best for my dog. Despite placing and paying for a new Puffer order, the company cancelled it on my behalf, stating that they did not believe it would be suitable. There were delays in responses throughout the process, conflicting information regarding return eligibility, and references to a 30-day store credit policy that I was unable to locate in the published Returns Policy or Terms & Conditions. The company eventually agreed to accept a return, but only if it was dispatched the same day, which was impractical given the short notice. I appreciate that the team responded and ultimately offered a refund, but I was disappointed that I was not given the opportunity to assess the available products and make my own decision as a customer.

My dog was the worst traveller before buying this car seat/travel bed ….. I thought he hated the car seat, turns out he just wasn’t comfortable as now he just snuggles in and even falls asleep!

Perfect for my little girl! Fits the front car seat well and attaches securely. She looks super cosy and relaxed in it, the fabric is so soft and snuggly. Thank you!
