Great products but pls get the delivery and customer service lead times in order

Beautiful products! But not sure what type of logistics and order systems they have. Forget 3 days delivery time and 24 reply lead time from customer service as it says on website. More like 3 weeks for both. Plus got a parcel I did not order... All in all, I got everything I ordered in the end and looks fantastic.
