My family in Italy are butchers in Abruzzo and they make dried liver sausages. It’s something I had been looking to try and buy in the US for years and could never find it. Very happy Calabria pork not only makes these but sells them online so I can get them shipped to Miami. Love these sausages, I hope they keep making them

Thank you so much for contacting me once this product came back into stock. Me and my family had it. It was delicious. Brought back a lot of memories. I haven’t had it since I lived in Corona in the 60s & 70s. Couldn’t find a place who makes this product well or at all. I will definitely be ordering from you guys again. My dad is in hospice care and he had a craving for the dry liver sausage. In Molise Italy we call it fegatazzo. You made his day. Thank you again.
