Comfortable Sandal. Struggling with the width

I really like this sandal. And the sole is so soft and comfortable. It’s great for taking long walks. I first bought an 8M, as that is my normal show size. It fit well, except I wasn’t able to adjust the strap around my toe are, which was disappointing. It squished my pinky toe badly. I changed them for the 8 Wide, which gives me more toe room. Yet the heel area is too large. I’ve cinched the heal strap but it isn’t always the most comfortable that way. I love the overall feel of these when I wear them, so I’m most likely keeping them. Grateful for their 60 day return policy though, if needed.

Not a good fit for me

I love Orthofeet shoes! However, the Malibu sandle (wide) did not work for me. It was too tight across top strap and was not really adjustable since the "adjustable" strap was over a tight elastic type band. Also, the heel strap was too long, so that when I tried to fit it to my foot, the velcro sides didn't match up. Nothing to keep it strapped on! This is the first time I have had to return a shoe and am thankful for the Orthofeet return policy. I have about a dozen pair of Orthofeet shoes and love the comfort.

Width wonderful

The width was perfect. The arch support was lacking. The sandals came with something that could be inserted but I didn't think it was possible with sandals. Tennis shoes it would be because the insoles have to be removed to place the arch supports in the shoe. I do like the sandals. If there is a way to add the arch supports, I would like that.
