14k Emerald Necklace with Halo Diamonds

Pretty necklace but business practice- won't be returning customer

Sent necklace back for exchange. Took weeks to get respsone until I followed up. Was kindly told ferkos sent a follow-up email and my necklace was held bc I didn't pay for re-shipping back tome which was $8. I had already initially paid for return shipping back to ferkos to begin the exchange. I wanted to just tell them keep the necklace, but I don't want to deal with more craziness that could come next.
