Great fit
I ordered it in a size small. It wraps around and fits comfortably. The knee wrap helps my sore knee throughout the day.

Great Knee Support
At the recommendation from a friend who has used the Phiten elbow sleeve for his tennis elbow, I purchased the Metax knee wrap and the knee sleeve to help prevent knee pain. I use the knee wrap and sleeve while I play pickleball (3 times a week) and immediately had relief from knee pain. I also wore the knee sleeve at home to navigate going up and down stairs at home. After a couple of weeks of use, now I only have to use the knee sleeve to prevent knee pain. I would recommend both the knee wrap and sleeve for anyone suffering from knee pain.
