The bracelet is just average. I didn't notice any results in terms of pain relief or improved mobility.

You'll notice when you use it that it tends to flip over or twist quite frequently, but since it's reversible, you still get the desired effect even if it twists. I walk 4-5 miles every day, and since I started wearing this, walking has become so much easier. Now I wear one on each foot. However, it's best to take it off when you sleep, as it can rub against the bedding and gradually move up from your ankle to your shin, causing it to tighten uncomfortably.

Cute design. Comfortable to wear. Wish there was a size between the two options.
